By accessing or using Revnuex, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Revnuex provides analytical insights, summaries, and workflow support related to SaaS revenue, churn, failed payments, and related metrics.
The service may evolve over time and features may change as we improve the product.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the accuracy of the information associated with it.
You must not share access in a way that abuses the product or bypasses plan controls.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Revnuex, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use abusive, automated, or fraudulent behavior to exploit the platform.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe usage is abusive or harmful.
5. Subscription and Billing
Revnuex may offer free and paid plans, and the features available on those plans may differ.
If paid subscriptions are enabled, they may renew until canceled according to the billing terms presented at purchase.
All payments are final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.
6. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Revnuex provides analytical insights and summaries, not financial, accounting, legal, or investment advice.
You are responsible for how you interpret and act on the outputs generated by the service.
Revnuex does not guarantee financial outcomes or business results from the use of its insights.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revnuex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
The product is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
8. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if your use violates these terms, threatens service integrity, or creates legal or security risk.
9. Changes to the Service
We may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time as Revnuex evolves.
We may also update these terms, and continued use after changes means you accept the revised version.
